ManageTek Managed Services

ManageTek is our managed service offering which provides all of the support you need for one flat monthly rate.  Services include virus removal, application updates, hardware and software troubleshooting, server and workstation installation and replacement, system monitoring, firewall installation and configuration, etc.

The beauty of ManageTek is twofold.  First, it stabilizes your monthly support costs.  The costs stay the same whether you have a virus outbreak, replace servers and workstations, or just have the usual day-to-day support issues.  Secondly, it puts the responsibility of making sure your network is functioning properly on Ascentek.  If we have to return several times to fix the same problems over and over, then it costs us money, not you.  This keeps the pressure on our technicians to fix the problem correctly the first time, every time.

 

Standard Hourly support

Some of our customers prefer to simply pay hourly for all support services rendered and we’re more than happy to oblige with our standard hourly rate option.  Unlike our competitors, Ascentek doesn’t require you to buy a block of hours up front.  We simply bill you for any support provided on a monthly basis.  It doesn’t get easier than that, does it?

 

ProTek Remote Backup
