ASCENTEK ACQUIRES HUGO DIVISION OF DULUTH'S COMO OIL
Ascentek, launched last year as the new enterprise brand for Lube-Tech, is announcing the acquisition of the Hugo-based operations of the Duluth MN-headquartered Como Lube & Supplies Inc.
As a global leader in lubricant, fluid, battery and part solutions, Ascentek works with businesses in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa to provide environment solutions, lubricant and fluid delivery and equipment services through the Maintenance 360 and Lube-Tech brands.
ASCENTEK ENHANCES LOCAL OFFERINGS
With this acquisition, Ascentek and Lube-Tech are reinforcing our environmental solutions offering within the greater Minneapolis and St. Paul market. All Hugo-based teammates from Como will be joining Ascentek, along with the physical assets.

Como Lube & Supplies opened the Hugo location to support the Twin Cities businesses with environmental services many years ago. Their Duluth-based lubricant distribution and oil refining business will continue under the ownership and guidance of Zane Swanson.
